New mid-month edition provides rapid updates
MELBOURNE, Australia: IndustryEdge’s market data and intelligence service, Pulp & Paper Edge is now being produced twice per month, to keep subscribers updated with latest intelligence and data series. Responding to a dramatic increase in subscriber queries and requests for data, in addition to the traditional end of month edition, IndustryEdge now provides a mid-month edition of its landmark analysis tool.
The mid-month edition of Pulp & Paper Edge is being delivered as a slide-deck, in powerpoint, making it faster to prepare, providing subscribers with the earliest possible access to the major data each month.
“There is no doubt markets are moving extra fast right now.” Tim Woods, the Managing Director of IndustryEdge said. “That is challenging for many of our clients, especially as some of the data is contradictory, with some countries experiencing upturns at the same time as others are experiencing downturns.”
“The new mid-month edition puts subscribers to Pulp & Paper Edge in the box seat. They get the latest data first and they get our headline analysis to help them guide their businesses.” Woods said.
As soon as the mid-month edition is released, the small team at IndustryEdge commences preparation of the more extensive end-of-month edition of Pulp & Paper Edge. Often used by clients to inform their entire business of the latest developments in the Australian and New Zealand paper, packaging and related sectors, the team at IndustryEdge also supplies detailed and extensive data series, many of which are customised for specific monthly delivery to clients.
The end-of-month edition expands on the key topics, drills into paper and board grades of immediate interest, analyses current domestic markets in Australia and New Zealand and includes the widely read monthly briefings, covering:
- Economic analysis relevant to the paper, packaging, pulp and fibre supplies industries
- Pulp markets and their outlook
- Recovered paper markets and supply chains
- Raw wood markets, covering woodchip and log exports
- Converted paper and packaging product update and analysis
- Shipping and freight briefing with emphasis on both bulk trade and container movements
Pulp & Paper Edge analyses products as diverse as newsprint, printing, publishing and advertising paper, container board, corrugated boxes, cartonboard, paper bags and sacks, catalogues and brochures, envelopes, toilet paper, facial tissues, pulp, recovered paper (sometimes called waste paper), egg cartons and other moulded fibre and literally thousands of every day products made from fibre resources.
